Management of Tygerberg Meals on Wheels and social workers distributed 1 000 sandwiches prepared by staff of PEP to children in the vicinity of Leonsdale. At Tahilla the faces of more than 100 children lit up with joy and happiness on receiving the sandwiches. Boxes of sandwiches were handed out to elderly and school children at the Leonsdale Library and Community Hall. We salute and thank the staff of PEP for their generosity and involvement in the Tygerberg Meals on Wheels Outreach Programmes.
