The Tygerberg Meals on Wheels was turned into a Cooking Beehive of activities on Mandela Day which will not be forgotten for a very long time. The day started at eight with 10 members of the Company Mirabilis taking part in a Cook Off. After they were served tea /coffee and refreshments , they started with the peeling of various veggies. Not only did they prepare, cook and dish food for more than 600 beneficiaries, they also took part in the handing out of the meals with the management of the Tygerberg Meals on Wheels in the Bellville South area.
