We received a phone call of a family in need in Ravensmead. We immediately went to investigate. The children had no warm clothes and there was hardly any food in the little room that they rented. The COVID-19 pandemic definitely was not only affecting hungry people but when parents started losing their jobs, there was no money for clothes, so Tygerberg Meals on Wheels went the extra mile and bought them some warm clothes.
