Dr Dale Cilliers (the singing Doctor) paid a visit to Tygerberg Meals on Wheels. As head of Capeview Rehabilitation Centre, he thought it would be a good idea to give the seniors a rundown of the organisation. His message in song was about Love and Caring for each other. The seniors enjoyed the morning with the beloved doctor and felt very blessed.
