Our yearly function took place at the Goodwood Civic Centre. The day was very busy but everyone enjoyed themselves. The food was once again very well prepared. Desmond Wells, a well-known Afrikaans singer, was our guest for the day. He entertained the people and he said he enjoyed it so much that he would like to do it next year again. Johan Rousseau, a member of Parow Seventh Day Adventist Church, also came to spoil us with a few of his best songs. We would like to thank Johan for arranging with Desmond Wells to sing for us. Some of our seniors and special guests even danced on a few songs.
